found a house. and it's a trailer house. (insert scrunched up nose face here). but it's really not too terrible, and it's clean, which as it turns out in Hot Springs, is a major plus. i keep telling myself it will look so much better when it's our stuff filling it up. and we can still get a puppy. BONUS.
rental hunting sucked. alot. there was a point when i wanted to cry and scrap the whole moving thing, but i got over it when we found this place, which once again leads me to believe it will be "just fine." jesse says if i say "just fine" one more time he'll leave me here. tempting.
at least i now have a mental image of where we'll live. that's a start. and i'll forever be 4 years old, because i'm pretty sure that's how old i was when they rolled this thing out for the first time.
see the tiny hall way that denotes a trailer? lovely. but, upside, there is a washer and drier, so no more quarter hoarding!
mostly, it's not forever. and it will all be just fine.

We're Moving!
SOoooo... Jesse got a job. In Hot Springs, 5 hours from our current residence. He's graduating from MTI in a few weeks, and then we pack up and move. He has a job with a telephone company out there, and I have accepted a position as a staff RN at the Fall River Health System (fancy name for Hot Springs Hospital). It's 25 beds, general medical/surgical and ER care. No "on purpose" labor and delivery, which really breaks my heart, because I've come to LOVE helping babies journey into the world. Everytime I think about leaving AQOP, my current place of employment, I cry. And I honestly didn't think I'd be like that. But, it's where I do a job I love with amazing coworkers I love, too. I've decided that leaving my job is the worst part of moving. The best part of moving, however, is starting an adventurous new life with my hubby. And with him by my side, it will all turn out just fine.
Anyway, I guess this blog will be a means of communicating our little adventures as we move, get settled, hopefully plant a garden and get a puppy. YAY puppies! -a.
